All Leaders and Consultants are invited to participate in the2025 National Convention.  Leaders and Consultants may invite one (1) guest to participate.

Registration opens for all Leaders and Consultants on February 1, 2025. The last day to register is June 30, 2025.

Consultants, Managers and Above: 

$199 - Early Bird RSVPs during registration period of February 1 - April 30*

$250 - During Registration Period of May 1 - June 30*

$300 – General Admission July 1 (at the event).

Exclusive: 50% OFF Registration Fee for VIP Royal and Gold! February 1 - June 30*

*If you begin the registration process before the deadline, please be sure to complete your registration (you will receive a confirmation email). If you do not complete your registration, and return at a later time, you may forfeit the discounted price.

Guests:

$199 - Early Bird RSVPs during registration period of February 1 - April 30*

$250 - During Registration Period of May 1 - June 30*

$300 – General Admission July 1 (at the event). 

Walk-Ins from July 1-3:

$300 – Consultants, Managers and Above

This will be walk in pricing and can register at National Convention.

A Guest must be 18 years or older and may not be a JAFRA Consultant unless the Guest is a spouse or significant other to the Leader/Consultant.

The registration fee includes the following for all Leaders, Consultants and Guests:

• All general sessions
• All breakout sessions
• Meeting amenities and training materials

1. Visit www.jafraevent.com/NC2025

2. Click on "Register Now / Log In".

3. Log in with your consultant ID and last name.

4. Confirm your identity by making sure your consultant ID, name and last name are correct and click "Continue".

5. Fill out all the required fields.

6. If you are bringing a guest, select "Yes" where asked "Are you bringing guest?", click "Continue" and fill in the required fields for the guest (One guest per Consultant).

7. When you are finished adding your guest information, click the "Continue" button.

8. Accept the Participant Release Form and click "Continue".

9. Enter your payment information and click the "Pay and Continue" button.

10. You will be sent an email confirming your registration(s), including instructions if you desire to book a room at the host hotel. Your guest will also receive a confirmation email.

IMPORTANT: You must register via www.jafraevent.com/NC2025. Registrations will not be taken via phone.

No, you can register your guest at any time after you register yourself, until the registration cut-off date of 6/30/25. If you have not yet registered yourself, you cannot input your guest’s information. If you have already registered yourself and you would like to add a guest, do the following:

1. Go to www.jafraevent.com/NC2025

2. Click on "Register Now / Log In".

3. Enter your Consultant ID and last name and click on ‘Log In’.

4. You will log in to your profile where you will see details of your registration and you will see an "Add Guest" button.

5. Fill out all the required fields.

6. When you are finished adding your guest information, click the "Continue" button.

7. Accept the Participant Release Form and click "Continue".

8. Enter your payment information and click the "Pay and Continue" button.

9. You will be sent an email confirming your registration(s), including instructions if you desire to book a room at the host hotel. Your guest will also receive a confirmation email.

No. Registrations are non-transferable.

Yes, you may use your JAFRA Debit MasterCard to pay for your registration.

No. You must pay for your registration with a valid debit or credit card at the time of registration.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide during the registration process.

The deadline to cancel your National Convention registration and receive a refund is June 1, 2025. If cancellation is made after this date, no refunds will be given. You may cancel/modify your National Convention registration on the National Convention website at: www.jafraevent.com/NC2025/Login

If you are unable to attend the JAFRA National Convention, and would like to receive a full refund, you must cancel NO LATER THAN June 1, 2025. Please note, if you have registered a guest, they will also be cancelled and refunded. To cancel, do the following:

1. Go to www.jafraevent.com/NC2025.

2. Click on "Register Now / Log In".

3. Enter your Consultant ID and last name and click on ‘Log In’.

4. You will log in to your profile where you will see details of your registration and you will see a "Cancel Registration" button.

5. Choose if you want to cancel your registration (including your guest) or your guest´s registration only and click on "Continue" button.

6. You will be asked to share the reason for your cancellation (not mandatory) and Confirm by clicking on "Cancel Registration" button.

7. Once cancelled, you will receive a email confirming the reception of your Cancellation.

8. Within 5 - 10 business days an email will be sent confirming the refund has been processed and the funds will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days.

No. A guest may not attend the event without a Consultant/Leader.

If a cancellation occurs after the published cancellation date, due to a medical emergency, and is supported by official medical documentation, JAFRA may consider refunding your Registration Fee. You must submit your request, in writing, along with attached medical documentation to: Customer Relations Department at jafracares@jafra.com by July 25, 2025 to be considered. Please label the subject line of your email: "2025 National Convention Cancellation Consideration". Requests made after July 25, 2025 will not be considered. No phone requests will be accepted. JAFRA will provide a decision via follow-up email to all submissions by August 15, 2025.

A refund will appear on your account within 5-10 business days after it has been processed. Please be advised that it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your credit/debit account.

Credit cards only.  No cash or checks will be accepted.

No, all items purchased at the Pop-Up Shop need to be taken with you.  There will be no options of having your order shipped.  Please note, there is a FedEx facility at the hotel's business center if you would like to ship your items.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted.  All sales are final.

Titles are frozen for Annual Recognition as of June 1, 2024.

Qualification period starts June 1, 2024, and ends May 31, 2025.

Yes, all are invited to attend. 

No. Amenities must be picked up by the attendee only. They cannot be picked up on behalf of anyone else.

No, amenities will not be sent to anyone who registered and did not attend. Nor can another Leader/Consultant take home amenities for a Leader/Consultant who is a no-show.

No. Amenities are not available to those Leaders/Consultants unable to attend nor are they available for purchase.

Yes, the Leader/Consultant is responsible for reserving and paying for personal travel arrangements to and from the National Convention (i.e., airfare, transportation, and hotel).

Once you have registered for the event, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to book your room at the host hotel. Remember the special JAFRA rate for attendees is subject to availability and rooms are limited. Make sure to reserve before Saturday, June 7, 2025.

Yes. The special JAFRA rate for attendees is below. These rates are only available on event dates (based on availability and rooms are limited):

Single/Double Occupancy - $105 + 13.38% occupancy tax = $119 per room per night

Triple Occupancy - $135 + 13.38% occupancy tax = $153 per room per night

Quadruple Occupancy - $165 + 13.38% occupancy tax = $187 per room per night

There is also a $39 resort fee + 13.38% occupancy room tax= $44 per room per night that will be added to you bill which includes the following:

*Unlimited local phone calls (no long distance or international calls)

* Two (2) guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center (Does not include the use of the spa)

* In-Room internet access to include two (2) devices per room per day.

IMPORTANT: All taxes are subject to change. Any reservations made via the telephone call center will be assessed a fee of $15.00 plus current sales tax, per reservation.  This fee will not apply to reservations made via the internet. Four (4) persons per guestroom is the maximum allowed.

Yes, a valid credit card is required to book a room. All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guestroom and tax charge.  If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night's guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder's account.

A credit card will be requested at check-in. A hold of $100 per night for incidentals will be held on your credit card.

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel’s registration desk to check in. Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

The last day to book your hotel accommodations and take advantage of JAFRA’s special rate (based on availability) is Saturday, June 7, 2025. Any reservation request received after that time may be accepted on “space available” basis at the prevailing property rates.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Hotel will charge one (1) night’s guestroom rate plus tax for cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date (each a “no-show”). Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be canceled without additional penalty.

Yes. JAFRA does not pay gratuities for any services at National Convention. You will be responsible for paying gratuities on any services you request, such as restaurants, taxis, shuttles, porterage fees, housekeeping, etc.

You can pre-arrange for a shuttle, take a taxi, rent a car or schedule a pick-up with a ride share company (i.e., Uber, Lyft, etc). Please visit: harryreidairport.com/Transportation for more information.

We suggest staying at Caesar's Palace so you may easily walk to and from National Convention as well as are able to take advantage of JAFRA’s special room rate. Please see the hotel section at jafraevent.com/NC2025 for details.

Yes. If you choose to drive to the Caesar's Palace you have the following options:

No, you must also cancel your hotel room nights by contacting the hotel directly.

There are multiple eateries at the hotel that you may dine at or surrounding areas along the strip.

Yes, you may participate Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.  However, the Registration Fee will remain the same.  There is no day-by-day rate.

No.  All expenses related to ambulatory assistance rentals are the responsibility of the attendee.

JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc. is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen or damaged at the 2025 National Convention, or for any personal injury incurred while travelling to/from or attending the 2025 National Convention.

JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc. reserves the right to change the dates, location, agenda and speakers without notice.

JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc. reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken during the 2025 National Convention for print and publication with no monetary compensation.

Any delay or failure to perform JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc.’s obligations to participants shall be excused if such failure to perform or any delay is caused by matters such as acts of God, strikes, civil commotion, riots, war, revolution, acts of government, or any other cause which is reasonably beyond the control of JAFRA Cosmetics International to perform. Your email address is required in order to receive necessary communication regarding the 2025 National Convention. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted via email.

You must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the 2025 National Convention Participant Release during the registration process in order to complete your registration. JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc.'s, ("JAFRA") sole obligation to any meeting attendee or participant is to provide a National Convention in the month of July 2025. Participation in this or any JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc. event is at the sole risk of each participant. Each participant releases and holds harmless JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc., its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents ("JAFRA Parties") from any and all claims, damages, injuries, deaths, losses, rights, causes of action, actions, suits, debts, sums of money, or other liabilities, either at law or equity arising from or in any way relating to participation in this or any JAFRA event.
